Another case of partial toothless: image 1 shows the 3 implants already positioned to replace the 4 missing teeth. Photo 2: the completed bridge is anchored to the 3 implants with a cast pivot that is inserted into the first (yellow arrows), a crown that connects with the protruding stump of the last implant, (green arrows), while the intermediate implant will serve as crown retention ( no need of cement ), with a small screw going through the bridge, as shown in photo 3. With this system, the dentist will be able to remove the bridge easily, when necessary. The screw's small passing trough hole will be closed with aesthetic material.
