As in the previous case, the patient complained for scarce stability of the lower prosthesis: therefore three implants were fitted in only one surgery session ( photo to the left ), the three connection points were positioned on the old prosthesis.

The choice of implants to be fitted depends on the bone available, that is, quantity and quality.
